The structure of a low-speed hoist mainly consists of a motor, a reducer, a conveying mechanism, a lifting bucket, and a bracket. The motor and reducer provide driving force, while the conveying mechanism converts the rotational motion between the motor and the lifting bucket into lifting motion. The specific structure is as follows:
1 Motor: Provides driving force to convert rotational motion into linear motion.
2. Reducer: Converts the high-speed output of the motor's rotational motion into a low-speed output that matches the conveying mechanism.
3. Conveyor mechanism: Convert the low-speed rotational motion output by the reducer into lifting motion.
4. Elevating bucket: A bucket shaped structure that can be used for carrying materials, mainly to lift materials from low to high or lower them from high to low.
5. Bracket: Provides support for the equipment to ensure its stability.
Its working principle is to transport materials from low to high, or from high to low.
Empty bucket lifting: When the lifting bucket is in an empty bucket state, the driving force of the motor and reducer drives the shaft to the conveying mechanism, which drives the lifting bucket to move upwards.
