The Basic Principle Of Series White Rice Graded
Feeding Mechanism:
Rice grains are introduced into the machine through a conveyor belt or similar system, ensuring a steady and controlled flow.
Screening System:
Inside the machine, a series of strategically placed screens with adjustable openings sort the rice. These screens allow only grains of specific thicknesses to pass through, enabling accurate classification.
Multi-Pass Sorting (Optional):
Some operations may require multiple passes through the grader for more refined separation.
Collection:
After sorting, the classified grains are collected in designated bins based on their thickness categories.
Note:
1. The amount of rice feed in the machine is less than ≤30%, and the bran powder in the rice is less than ≤0.015%
2. The length of the broken rice in the common rice length 2/3 or more than 2/3 will be regarded as the complete rice.
