This machine consists of two sets that can form an independent polishing system (double motor control system), featuring a compact structure and small footprint.

Working principle of new rice polishing machine：
First up::
Rice enters the polishing drum through the feed inlet.
Second Rotary polishing:
Under the drive of the motor, the polishing cylinder rotates at high speed, causing the rice to form a vortex inside the cylinder. This results in sufficient friction and collision, making the rice smooth and delicate. Alternatively, the surface of the rice can be polished using a high-speed rotating polishing wheel. The surface of the polishing wheel typically has multiple layers of coatings, each made from different materials and gradually becoming finer, which helps make the rice surface smoother.
Lubrication and cooling:
During processing, the lubrication system sprays lubricating oil into the polishing drum to provide lubrication and reduce friction and wear between the rice grains. For water mist polishing machines, water mist is sprayed onto the surface of the rice through nozzles, reducing the temperature of the rice surface while keeping it moist and soft to maintain its freshness.
Surface treatment:
Wet and softened rice undergoes relative motion, friction, and compression between rice grains, between the rice grains and polishing rollers, and between the rice grains and sieves during continuous movement in the polishing chamber. This friction removes the bran powder and imperfections on the surface of the rice grains. At the same time, during the friction and extrusion process, the starch layer on the surface of the white rice undergoes gelatinization and crystallization, forming a bright protective film, improving surface smoothness, and extending the rice's storage time.
Discharge:
The fine rice bran and debris generated during the polishing process are discharged from the machine through the rice sieve holes under the strong suction of negative pressure, while the polished rice is discharged through the outlet.
