Broken rice is easy to be generated when milling white
In the horizontal rice mill, the density distribution of the rice flow on the cross section of the milling chamber is uneven due to the gravity of the rice flow during milling, and the lower part is larger and the upper part is smaller. The whitening pressure on the rice flow in the lower half of the whitening chamber is too strong, which is easy to generate broken rice. In the upper half, due to the small density of rice grains, the gap between rice grains is relatively large. Under the action of the roller with high speed, the rice grains and the components of the whitening chamber collide rapidly, and broken rice is also easy to occur. In particular, there are a lot of rice buns and small broken rice. After the broken rice bran enters the rice bran, the bran must be separated.

The outgoing rice contains more bran powder
In the design of the horizontal rice mill, the milled rice peel is required to be discharged from the chaff discharge screen from 360 ° circumferential direction. The rice bran discharged during the milling process is continuously accumulated, so that the screen hole at the upper part of the bran discharge screen is blocked or the size is reduced. The actual effective bran discharge area is less than the designed bran discharge area. During production, the chaff screen surface can not be cleaned in time, and the rice peel can not be discharged from the milling chamber in time, resulting in more bran powder in the outgoing rice. In production, this problem can be solved if the chaff discharge screen can be cleaned in time.
