Process Technology
The 100x10 paddy separator utilizes gravity separation technology and a reciprocating sieve plate design. The mixed paddy and brown rice are automatically separated on the inclined sieve plate: the denser brown rice adheres to the sieve plate and moves upwards to the brown rice outlet, while the less dense paddy falls down to the paddy outlet due to its own gravity. The optimized sieve plate structure prevents clogging, and the reasonable transmission system ensures long-term stable operation and consistent sorting results.
