This set of equipment is designed for rice processing and can handle 50 tons of rice per hour. After cleaning, stone removal, peeling, milling, polishing, color selection, grading, and packaging, the finished rice is produced. Featuring a new steel-frame platform design, it can be quickly disassembled and conveniently installed, completely breaking away from traditional installation methods. Production Process​

 

1.Raw Paddy Cleaning: Raw paddy is fed into the cleaning unit, where vibrating sieves and air separators remove impurities (stones, dust, straw, and metal particles) to ensure clean input.​
2.Paddy Husking: Cleaned paddy passes through rubber roller huskers, which gently separate hulls from brown rice without damaging the grain-hulls are collected via cyclone separators for recycling or disposal.​
3.Brown Rice Separation: Husked mixture (brown rice + hulls) is sorted by gravity separators, ensuring pure brown rice enters the next stage.​
4.Milling & Whitening: Brown rice is processed in multi-stage abrasive rollers, which remove the bran layer gradually to achieve the desired whiteness-adjustable pressure settings control the milling intensity.​
5.Polishing: Milled rice undergoes polishing with water mist and soft brushes to enhance luster and remove residual bran, improving appearance and storage stability.​
6.Grading & Sorting: Polished rice is sorted by length graders and color sorters (optional) to separate full grains from broken ones, ensuring uniform quality-broken rice is collected for secondary processing.​
7.Packaging Preparation: Finished rice is conveyed to a temporary storage hopper, ready for bagging or bulk storage via a conveyor system.
