The white rice grading screen is used for grading finished rice into four categories: general rice, large broken rice, and small broken rice. It can also be used for material separation. Next, let's briefly introduce the working principle of the white rice grading screen.
It utilizes the difference in grain types between broken rice and whole rice, performing overlapping rotations on a flat rotating sieve surface to automatically classify the rice through frictional propulsion. The equipment, with three or four layers, uses a process that extracts whole rice in two to three consecutive layers, resulting in an effective classification.
The process flow of white rice grading screen
1. Initial screening: White rice is first sieved through a larger mesh or sieve to remove impurities, larger stems, and bran.
2. Main screening: After the initial screening, the white rice enters the main screening stage. At this stage, multi-level sieves or screens are typically used to separate the rice into different grades. Each layer has a different mesh size and can be adjusted according to specific requirements.
3. Jet dust removal: During the main screening process, jet dust removal systems are often used to eliminate dust and impurities from the sieve. By directing airflow onto the screen, impurities adhering to the surface are blown away, helping to maintain its cleanliness.
