Structure of grinding type sand roller rice machine

The schematic diagram of the structure of grinding type sand roller rice machine is shown in Figure 1. It consists of a frame and an exhaust fan. The rice milling chamber is fixed on the frame, the feeding device is installed on the upper part of the rice milling chamber, and the bran collecting hopper is installed on the lower part of the rice milling chamber. The main shaft in the rice milling chamber is a hollow shaft 3, and the air inlet is set at both ends of the hollow shaft. The rice outlet is equipped with a rice cleaning and cooling device, and the oblique guide plate is installed in the rice outlet. The lower part of the guide plate is equipped with a rice cleaning and cooling device. The characteristics of the grinding type sand roller rice machine are low pressure in the rice milling chamber and high linear speed of the rice milling roller.
Since grinding only occurs between the rice milling roller and the brown rice, and between the brown rice and the bran discharge cylinder, coupled with the negative pressure two-way multi-channel air intake, the rice broken rate in the rice milling process is low. During the operation, the brown rice enters the end of the rice milling chamber from the feed hopper through the flow regulating mechanism, and is pushed into the rice milling chamber by the rotating screw propeller. When the brown rice fills the rice milling chamber, the propulsion screw continues to push the brown rice in, causing the pressure in the rice milling chamber to increase continuously. When the pressure of the brown rice group is large enough to overcome the resistance of the pressure door of the discharge port, the discharge port opens, and the rice grains are discharged from the rice milling chamber. From the inlet to the outlet of the rice machine, the brown rice is always subjected to grinding, and the cortex is gradually peeled off to become rice bran, which is discharged through the holes of the bran discharge cylinder, and finally the rice milling is completed. A rice cleaning and cooling device is configured at the discharge port to further cool the rice grains.
